Cleaning Services

With your granted permission, we enter each area in your home or business, and clean those areas from top to bottom.

 

Before we enter, we set up a time to visit and give a free estimate of your living quarters or office.  With all cleanings for the first time, there is an initial cleaning. With this cleaning, we bring your home or office up to our standard of clean. This is a longer visit and is more costly than a regular cleaning.  When you arrive home or back to the office, you will be delighted. Following the initial visit, we offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings for our customers. The cost does go down after the first visit. The more frequent visits, the less time it takes to clean your living or work space.

 

We would be happy to go over this process with you. We always look forward to get to know our clients and how you want your cleaning experience to be. You will be greeted with smiles and enthusiasm.

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Wash & Sanitize toilet, shower & sink

  • Wipe door andles & light switches

  • Wipe mirrors & glass fixtyres

  • Vacuum & mop all floors

  • Take out trash & recyclables

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Wash cabinet faces & small appliances

  • Wash & sanitatize sink

  • Clean inside & outside of microwave

  • Clean and sanitatize countertops

  • Dust & wipe all reachable surfaces

  • Wipe all mirrors & glass fixtures

  • Vacuum & mop all floors

  • Take out trash and recyclables

General Cleaning

  • Dust picture frames, shelves, knickknacks, furniture, baseboards, lamps, ceiling fans (with in reach), blinds and woodwork

  • Clean window sills, ledges and shelves, door frames and kick plates

  • Clean glass surfaces and mirrors

  • Vacuum upholstered furniture, including under cushions.

  • Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs

  • Remove trash, clean and disinfect bins and replace bags

  • Light switches wiped clean

Additional Services

Inside Cabinets

Please remove any and all items from the cabinets for proper cleaning.

 

Inside Fridge

Please remove any and all items from the refigerator for proper cleaning and sanitizing.

 

Post Construction

Removing dust and dirt from all services

Vacuuming all services

Dust insides of desks and file cabinets.

Clean and sanitize of kitchens and bathrooms for use

Cleaning window sills and window frames

Window and glass cleaning

 

Inside Oven

Oven should be sprayed or set to clean before arrival for proper cleaning and sanitizing.

 

Interior Walls

Please remove any items on the walls. Interior wall only with in reasonable reach with step ladder.

 

Interior Windows

Interior Window only with in reasonable reach with step ladder.

How to Prepare for Your House Cleaning

To prepare for house cleaning, it's as simple as this:

~please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces

~find a good spot for your pets so they are comfortable while we clean
